The problem faced by the teacher in the classroom is the Turbo throwing skill of grade IV SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo which is still low is indicated by the percentage of children who are able to throw Turbo only 38.39%. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the application of learning with a target throwing game approach could improve Turbo throwing learning outcomes for 6th grade students of IV SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo. This research is classroom action research with test and observation data collection techniques. The subject of this research is the IV grade students of SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo as many as 28 students. Data collection techniques include the Turbo throwing practice test, student activity observation sheets during learning and student response questionnaires regarding the implementation of learning data analysis techniques using descriptive percentages to reveal the results of students' classical learning mastery. The results of the study showed that by using the target throwing game, student learning outcomes increased. in cycle I 60% of students who achieved a minimum completeness score. In cycle II 82% of students achieved the minimum completeness score. This is evidence of an increase in student learning outcomes because many have exceeded the KKM applied.
