The purpose of the study was to determine the maximum aerobic endurance (VO2 Max) of futsal students. The type of research conducted was descriptive qualitative research. The research population was male students who took the futsal course in the even semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year, totaling 12 students with total sampling, that is, the entire population was sampled in the study. The instrument used for data collection was MFT (Multi Fitness Test) or called the Power Test. Hold VO2 Max where the data is processed using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The results showed, 1) the maximum aerobic endurance (VO2 Max) of male students in class A with an average score of 23.4 which was categorized as very poor, 2) the ability of maximum aerobic endurance (VO2 Max) of male students of class B with an average score of 23.4. an average of 25 which is categorized as less. It was concluded, the maximum aerobic endurance (VO2 Max) of futsal students of the Physical Education Study Program for Recreational Health STKIP Rokania with an average value of 24.2 with a very poor category.
