KONTRIBUSI KELENTUKAN PINGGANG TERHADAP HEADING PEMAIN SEPAKBOLA SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER SD NEGERI OSIO SINIUK KABUPATEN PADANG LAWAS

Abstract

This research was motivated by several problems that the researchers encountered in the field, namely the weak ability of hedding Football Players of Osio Siniuk State Elementary School Students, Padang Lawas Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a correlation between waist flexibility and headding ability in Osio Siniuk State Elementary School Football Extracurricular Students, Padang Lawas Regency. This research is a type of correlational research with a sample size of 20 people and analyzed using product moment correlation. The results showed that: There is a significant relationship between flexibility and headding of extracurricular students at Osio Siniuk Elementary School, Padang Lawas Regency. With the Rhitung value (0.887), the rx2y R table is (0.887> 0.444).
