Hubungan Kekuatan Otot Tungkai Dan Konsentrasi Terhadap Kemampuan Shooting Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Sepakbola Kelas X TKRO SMK Negeri 2 Rambah

Abstract

This research is motivated by the unknown relationship between leg muscle strength and concentration on shooting ability in football. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship or not between leg muscle strength and concentration on the shooting ability of Grade X TKRO SMK Negeri 2 Rambah football extracurricular students. This study uses a descriptive-quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling, where the researcher took the entire population of 24 students as the sample. The data analysis techniques used are product-moment correlation analysis and significance tests. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between leg muscle strength (X1) and shooting ability (Y), with a Rhitung < RTabel value (0.1471 < 0.4044), and there is also no significant relationship between the level of concentration (X2) and shooting ability (Y), with Rhitung < RTabel (0.1254 < 0.4044). Furthermore, simultaneously, the three variables do not have a significant relationship with an F-test value of Fhitung < FTabel (0.0379 < 0.347).
