Hubungan Kekuatan Otot Lengan Terhadap Akurasi Smash Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli SMK Negeri 1 Rambah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between muscle strength and smash accuracy in volleyball students. This research is a type of correlational research. The population in this study amounted to 28 athletes. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, namely based on the goals set by the researchers, which totaled 20 male athletes. The research instrument was a push up test (arm muscle strength) and a volleyball smash accuracy test. Data analysis techniques using product moment correlation analysis techniques. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and smash accuracy in volleyball extracurricular students at SMK Negeri 1 Rambah with a correlation coefficient of rcount 0.906 > rtable 0.444 and the distribution coefficient tcount 9.087 > ttable 1.76.
