Abstrak

One of the efforts made by teachers for professional development as educators is to take care of promotions. In accordance with ministerial regulations, one of the requirements for proposing a promotion is that educators or teachers must produce research in the form of scientific articles or scientific publications that are useful and have innovations in the world of education. The article must be published in a journal or OJS. Due to the lack of knowledge of teachers regarding this matter, training was conducted at elementary, junior high, and high school / equivalent teachers in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The training methods used are lecture, discussion and demonstration methods. The results of the training show significant progress on the knowledge and ability of teachers in writing and publishing scientific articles through OJS journals
