Pelatihan Penyusunan Bahan Ajar Digital Berbasis STAD Bagi Kelompok Guru SMPN 31 Padang

SMP Negeri 31 Padang faces obstacles in compiling teaching materials that can be used offline and online, such as digital teaching materials. So far, the teaching materials used have not been in digital form but in the form of books, modules, LKS and others that can only be used directly in schools. Digital teaching materials aim to make it easier for students to access teaching materials anywhere and anytime. This allows students to study the material at home independently. These teaching materials can be accessed by students through digital devices such as computers, even smartphones. Based on the problems that arose during discussions with teacher groups at SMP N 31 Padang, this Community Service Program will contribute to conducting training related to the preparation of digital-based teaching materials. In this case, the community service team designed the teaching materials based on STAD with the consideration that they can be used cooperatively / in groups. The method used in this Community Service is a guided training method. The guided practice method emphasizes the stages of regular hands-on practice so that teachers can compile digital teaching materials for learning materials in the classroom. The implementation of the guided exercise method includes: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the completion stage.
